Residential Project, Angamaly - Mr. Riju P. Antony. SEPTA is assigned with the work as the total project consultant. The house is of 3450 sqft area. Work will commence early January 2008 and will be completed by September 2008

Septa is executing the construction of residence for Mr Alosious George, Kochi at Vytila. House has a built up area of of 3400 sqft spread on 9.5 cents land. Project has started and is due to complete by May 2008

Residential Project, Wellington Paradise, Bangalore– Mrs Reshmi Jose, Software Professional, Bangalore – SEPTA is assigned the work as total project consultant. The house is of 2900 sq.ft approximately. Work is scheduled to start by February 2008.

Greenscape Homes, Muvatupuzha. Septa has entered into an agreement with Jose Joseph Pittapillill for Design consultancy and Execution of the villa project christened “Greenscape Homes”. Greenscape Homes comprises of 12 Villas ranging from 2400 to 3000 sqft built up area in 7 cents to 10 cents plots. 3 types of villas are in the project and construction of villas has started in November 2007. Villas are due for completion in July 2008.

Recent Commercial Projects

Treatment Centre – Dhanwanthari Vaidyasala, Ayurveda college Jn, Trivandrum - Construction of a new block and renovation of existing area .The work is expected to be completed by end April 2008

Engineering College Chemberi. Septa undertakes work in Northern Kerala and Malabar through its sister concern M/s Tropical Builders and Developers. Work for Engineering College at Chemberi is progressing and due to be completed by February 2008. The project is of 80000 sqft built up with 4 levels.

Dhanwanthari Hospital, Thodupuzha – SEPTA is appointed as total project consultant . Hospital Block for Dhanwanthari Vaidyasala Group is of 19400 sq.ft. area. Work has started and will be completed by January 2009.
